I really hate to do this but as you can see I haven't had time to post any deals lately!  Couponing has definitely been a passion of mine but as many of you know my first and foremost passion after God is my family!  This past October, Nevaeh my daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes and my focus on life itself has changed! It's sad that it takes something like this to put our priorities in focus but this definitely has for me!  I still enjoy saving money and couponing for my family but just don't have the time to focus on posting and finding as many of the deals that I use to!  I thank all of you that came to one of my classes or spread the word about my site!  I hope you all understand and I wish you all luck in your couponing/saving endeavors!

I am a stay-at-home mom of a sweet little girl and I adore my wonderful husband who gave me the privilege of staying at home with her!  I started couponing 3 years ago after my husband was laid off work for a year.  Now I feel like couponing comes second nature...it's now a lifestyle!  I started this website and teaching classes to help my family, friends, and the upstate learn that saving money can be easy and once you learn it becomes a lifestyle!  I am not here to compete with the other BIG name couponing sites but instead am here to point you in the direction of the deals!  Now that I've introduced myself let me tell you a little about my site and where to find things!  This main "Home" page will always have links to the Top News, the Sunday Newspaper Insert info, and links to my social media sites!  On the "Deals, Deals, Deals" page I will post deals that I get on a day to day basis and tell you how and where to get that same deal! There are little "Comment" links on each deal I post, so if you ever have a question or want to share something about that deal please feel free to comment!  If you are interested in coming to or having your own class for a group you can go to the "Classes" page to find out more info or to submit for a class! I also will put some info and tips on how to start couponing, where to find coupons, etc. and you can find this by clicking on the "Coupon Tips & Info" tab at the top of this page!  Also, all the deals that I post I have linked to the Upstate Couponing Facebook page so if you want those to come directly to YOU on Facebook then click the Facebook icon on this page and "Like" Upstate Couponing!  If you ever have any questions please feel free to e-mail me!

Two of My Favorite Sites I Visit to Get Deals on a Weekly Basis:

This is the website that I use to get any “other” deals besides the grocery and drug store deals.  I have gotten all sorts of deals from    using this website….from free samples to how to get free jeans     
from the Gap!  This website also offers a great coupon database.    
You simply type in a product you want to buy and the database tells 
you where to find a coupon if there are any! 
Southern Savers is the website I get all my weekly grocery list and deals from.  You can look at each store’s entire weekly ad with coupons already matched for you, create a shopping list, print your shopping list, and print any printable coupons needed straight from the list!  It’s simple to use and one of my favorite couponing tools!!!
